Contest Rules for “Experience Eleva for 24 Hours”
- Eligibility
The “Experience Eleva for 24 Hours” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is open to all individuals legally residing in Quebec. Participants must have attended the open house event held on February 9th and 10th, 2024 at the Eleva 55+ rental complex (hereinafter referred to as “Eleva”) and have filled out a participation form with the team present at this event.
- Prize
The prize for the contest consists of a package including the following:
- One night’s stay for two people in an apartment at the Eleva complex.
- Dinner (up to a maximum value of $60 per person). A gift card to a nearby restaurant will be offered.
- Continental breakfast at our Horizon restaurant
- The winner will also have access to all common areas of the Eleva complex, including but not limited to: the indoor pool, movie theatre, golf simulator, panoramic lounge on the 29th floor, gym, terrace, culinary space, and speakeasy-style bar, as well as participating in the ongoing activities offered during their stay.
- The winner and their guest may check into the Eleva complex starting at 9 am on the selected day to enjoy their prize.
- Check-out time is scheduled for 11 am the next day.
- Reservation
The stay must be reserved by contacting one of our rental consultants. The reservation is subject to availability of the selected apartment and must be made within a reasonable time frame (5 business days).
The apartment will be available for booking starting April 1, 2024.
- Draw
The draw to determine the winner will take place on February 14, 2024. The winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible participants.
- General Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
- The winner is responsible for all additional expenses incurred during their stay, unless otherwise stated.
- Eleva reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules.
- Eleva also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time and without prior notice.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to comply with all official rules and decisions of Eleva.
- By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules.
